Marketing gebruikt ChatGPT, IT experimenteert met Claude Code en finance kijkt naar een automatiseringstool. Maar zonder gedeelde basis valt elke AI-investering uiteen in losse initiatieven die niet echt leiden tot impact.
De AI Roundtable van Incentro doorbreekt dit. We zetten de juiste mensen samen in één ruimte met scherpe opdrachten over hun werk en hun processen. HOE ‘T WERKT
Voorafgaand aan de sessie
We bepalen samen de scope, de deelnemers, de thema's per tafel en de opdrachten. Parallel doen wij deskresearch, zodat de keynotes en cases écht passen bij jullie sector en context.
De sessie: opening en keynotes
Na een korte aftrap volgen twee maatwerk keynotes.. Eén introductie op Agentic AI en één over wat Agentic AI specifiek voor jullie processen kan betekenen. We sluiten af met een Q&A.
Roundtable-sessies
Aan vier parallelle tafels van 6 tot 10 deelnemers, elk met een Incentro-facilitator, voeren we een dialoog langs vaste denklijnen en praktische opdrachten. Allemaal op basis van jullie data en processen.
Plenaire wrap-up
Iedere tafel deelt de belangrijkste inzichten en use cases uit de gesprekken. Wij verbinden de patronen tussen de tafels en benoemen logische vervolgstappen, zoals een AI Discovery Track of een eerste pilot.
Na de sessie: rapport
