HOW IT WORKS
4 phases from ambition to impact
Phase 1: Kick-off
Your stakeholders and our AI Discovery Team align on goals, ambitions and scope. We launch the AI Readiness quick scan and provide a sharp introduction to Agentic AI, so everyone starts from the same baseline.
Phase 2: Analysis
We get to know your organisation inside out. Through interviews, employee surveys, process workshops and a technical workshop covering architecture, data, security and compliance.
Phase 3: Discover
We map all use cases onto a 9-grid based on impact and feasibility. Together with your core team, we select a maximum of eight promising use cases to develop further.
Phase 4: Roadmap
We turn the selected use cases into a roadmap, MVP definition, current and future-state architecture and investment proposal. The final presentation becomes your starting point for execution.
